Descend beneath Flinders Lane to Dessous, a hidden bar and restaurant where you can experience something truly delicious.
Discover a Thai-influenced menu from Chef Dan Sawansak. Think, squid with spicy sambal, salted egg aioli and fried potato bread, roasted bone marrow with Thai herbs and sticky rice, and crab donut with salmon caviar.

Located in a heritage-listed building from the 1840s, once home to bustling hat, soap, and candle factories, the bar blends historic charm with a vibrant atmosphere.
Its cocktail list pays homage to the original masters of mixology, transporting guests back to Melbourne’s glory days.
Ticket holders can enjoy Mill Place Merchants’ The Merchants Supper – featuring a selection of 3 hot & cold snacks, cured meats, cheeses, olives & condiments, served on a beautiful Charlie Stand for $85 (usually $95) or with two cocktails for $130 (usually $145)

FEDERICI AT THE PRINCESS THEATRE
