Regent Theatre
191 Collins St, Melbourne VIC 3000
The landmark Regent Theatre holds a key part in our city’s history since opening as a grand picture palace in 1929.
The Regent Theatre is one of Melbourne’s most iconic venues. Having survived a fire, a flood and 20 years in darkness, the theatre was meticulously refurbished in 1996 by Marriner Theatres (now Marriner Group), returning it to its breathtaking former glory. Today the Regent Theatre stands tall on Collins Street, more lavish and grand than ever, hosting some of the world’s most renowned theatre productions and welcoming thousands of audience members through the venue every week. We hope you will be able to join us for a show at the Regent Theatre soon.
