Location: Various venues Marriner Group is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Hospitality Manager to lead the delivery of outstanding large-scale events across our iconic venues, including the Plaza Ballroom and Forum Melbourne. This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for hospitality with a commitment to excellence, lead a vibrant hospitality team, and play a key role in shaping memorable guest experiences while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture. About the Role As Hospitality Manager – Events, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing event plans to life. Reporting directly to the Hospitality Operations Manager – Events & the Director of Hospitality, you’ll be at the heart of the action, running the show from pre-event briefings to the final farewell. You’ll manage event operations end-to-end, coordinate teams across service, kitchen, and technical departments, and ensure every moment runs seamlessly. While there’s planning and preparation involved, this is a front-line leadership role: you’ll be the key point of contact during events, leading from the floor, resolving issues in real time, and making sure every guest leaves with a lasting impression of Marriner Group hospitality at its best. This is a full-time position, typically rostered Tuesday to Saturday, with flexibility required to occasionally work outside these days based on event schedules and operational needs. About You You have proven experience managing high-end, large-scale events, confidently delivering seamless fine dining service for 550+ guests and cocktail events for up to 1,700 attendees with precision, poise, and attention to detail (minimum 3 years).

We are seeking casual cleaning superstars to join our Venue Presentation team, working across all our Melbourne CBD venues. The Venue Presentation team assists in making these magnificent venues *sparkle* for the thousands of patrons we welcome through our doors each day. Successful applicants must be able to work early mornings (some shifts starting at 6:00am) and afternoons, with evening shifts available. Applicants must be physically fit as heavy lifting/moving may be involved as part of the role. Immediate start, with training provided. Position Summary: We are seeking experienced and casual Security Guards to provide security and a high level of customer service for theatre shows, events and concerts, working across all our Melbourne CBD venues. Flexibility with working hours, including being able to work nights, weekends and shift work is essential. To be a successful candidate you must demonstrate a professional manner, an appropriate level of fitness, high standard of personal grooming and have at least a year’s previous experience as a Security Guard at major events, hospitality, the arts and or the entertainment industry. In this role, you will undertake varied tasks set by the Security Manager, which will require you to work autonomously and as part of a team. The ability to prioritise, show initiative, good communication skills and reliability is essential. Candidates must hold a current Victorian Private Security Individual Licence, a current First Aid certificate, a current Police check, a current drivers’ licence and be able to demonstrate key competencies in the following areas:
