The Role: We are currently seeking ticketing customer service staff to play an important role as part of the Marriner Group Ticketing Services team. Assisting in the delivery of excellent sales and customer service outcomes for our clients and patrons, ticketing customer service staff provide a welcoming and world class experience for our guests at the Marriner Group Customer Service Hub and at four of Australia’s major live performance venues. Location: All Venues, Melbourne CBD Marriner Group is seeking experienced Security Guards to provide security and a high level of customer service for concerts, theatre shows and events across some of Melbourne's most iconic venues; the Regent, Princess and Comedy Theatres, Forum Melbourne and the Plaza Ballroom. These are casual positions. Flexibility with working hours, including being able to work nights, weekends and shift work is essential. Candidates must hold a current Victorian Private Security Individual Licence, a current First Aid certificate, a current drivers’ licence and be able to demonstrate key competencies in the following areas:
To be a successful candidate you must demonstrate a professional manner, an appropriate level of fitness, high standard of personal grooming and have at least a minimum two years previous experience as a Security Guard at large scale public events, including contemporary music audiences. You will undertake varied tasks set by the Security Manager, which will require you to work autonomously and as part of a team. The ability to prioritise, show initiative, good communication skills and reliability is essential.
