Our theatres are located in the heart of Melbourne's vibrant city centre, with many pre-theatre and post-show dining options available within walking distance of the theatres.

DESSOUS
Basement, 164 Flinders Lane, Melbourne

Descend beneath Flinders Lane to Dessous, a hidden bar and restaurant where you can experience something truly delicious. 

Discover a Thai-influenced menu from Chef Dan Sawansak. Think, squid with spicy sambal, salted egg aioli and fried potato bread, roasted bone marrow with Thai herbs and sticky rice, and crab donut with salmon caviar. 

The cocktail menu focuses on creativity and sustainability in signature drinks and non-alcs. Wine is curated around producers that care for the land and showcase regional character, including iconic cult wines.
