Still Woozy
Portland-based singer-songwriter and producer Still Woozy will return to Australia in February 2025. With his latest album Loveseat in tow, Woozy’s Loveseat Tour will include lighting up the Forum Melbourne stage on Friday 7 February 2025.
Under the moniker Still Woozy, Sven Gamsky makes psychedelic alternative music with a homespun mix of acoustic and electronic instruments. His debut album released in 2021, If This Isn’t Nice, I Don’t Know What Is, redefined the limits of modern pop, introducing elements of soul, folk, and psychedelia into a wildly infectious sound that immediately leaves a lasting impact, evident in the record’s tracks “Window”, “That’s Life” and “Woof”. Prior to the album’s release, his hit single “Goodie Bag”, was already a fan favourite and helped propel him into the remarkable artist he is today.
Since then, Still Woozy has amassed over 1.5 billion streams and draws in 6.3 million monthly listeners on Spotify alone, solidifying his status as a global alt-pop sensation. His music has captivated millions, amassing over 1.5 million TikTok likes and 76.7 million YouTube views, while also commanding attention on some of the biggest stages. With an innovative sound and infectious energy, he’s performed at iconic festivals like Coachella, Lollapalooza, and Austin City Limits.
Released in June 2024, Loveseat is Still Woozy’s sophomore album and continues to blend captivating pop with playful lyricism. The album features standout tracks such as “Shotput”, “Again” and “Run It Back”, chronicling the complex realities of a relationship through Woozy’s whimsical lens, finding romanticism and amusement in even the most mundane aspects of partnership.
Still Woozy’s anticipated Australian live dates are part of his world Loveseat Tour, which will see him deliver vibrant, uplifting performances across North America, the UK and Europe before bringing his dreamy, psychedelic soundscapes down under.
