With over 15 years experience in top restaurants in Melbourne and Hong Kong, Executive Chef, David Ricardo came to Marriner Group off the back of an impressive stint with the Lucas Group, where he was a key player in the openings of Chin Chin, GoGo Bar, Baby and Kong BBQ. Other highlights in David’s career include his role as Head Chef at one of Melbourne’s most iconic and highly awarded restaurants, Pearl Restaurant & Bar, which was awarded two chef’s hats by The Age Good Food Guide under his watch. A frequent guest of The Age Good Food Guide Awards in the past, for the past two years David got to dish up for Melbourne’s best chefs and restauranteurs when the Plaza Ballroom hosted the awards.
David and his team of chefs promise you and your guests a gastronomic sensory experience, specialising in a contemporary dining experience based around Melbourne’s food culture.
